A product starts with a transformation boundary
A digital product is useful when it helps a defined audience move from one situation to another through a structured learning or decision path. A collection of files may contain knowledge, but it becomes a product when the sequence, context, and next action are designed.
Use the source library as raw material
Existing guides, service notes, frameworks, and recurring questions can become modules, checklists, examples, and exercises. Source governance remains important: the packaged material should be current, coherent, and clear about where expert judgement still applies.
Design the handoff
Decide what a reader should be able to do after each section and what they should do when their situation exceeds the product’s boundary. This creates a respectful conversion route into consulting or implementation support.
