The website is one layer
A public website becomes more useful when it is connected to the knowledge that supports it, the services it explains, the content that educates visitors, the workflows that respond to enquiries, and the review mechanisms that keep claims accurate.
Start with a visible system map
Map the sources, offers, audiences, content clusters, conversion routes, and owners. The goal is not to create a complex internal diagram for its own sake. It is to see where work is disconnected and where a small connection would make the whole system more usable.
Build through governed iterations
Choose one connection to improve, record what changes, and review the outcome with the people who own the work. This creates an operating system that can evolve without relying on memory or a single tool.
